DUTY & IMPORT CHARGES
Yasmina Q is not liable for additional costs related to customs duty and import charges that may occur. This is the customer’s responsibility.
We will not charge you any duty, tax or import charges upon check out. We therefore recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with the item/s you ordered, kindly email hello@yasminaq.com stating your Order Number in the subject box, with the list of items you would like to return and we will get back to you to accept your return.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange the item/s you ordered, kindly email hello@yasminaq.com stating your Order Number in the subject box with the list of items you would like to exchange and we will check our stock levels and get back to you.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
We accept returns made within 14 days of receipt of goods. All items returned to us must be in their original condition, unworn with their hangtags still attached. All items must arrive back to us within this time frame
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels secured may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Customers are responsible to cover the cost of return to us by a traceable method. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post so we recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage.
Once received all and checked-in returned items will be credited to the original method of payment. This can take up to 7 working days to appear into your account.
Any returns requested after 14 days will be offered a credit note of 6 months
